2nd Annual Silent Auction

Come out and support the colts & fillies of Sundrops by helping to raise funds for our Scholarship Program!

Wear your hats and Derby best to this yearʼs grand event at the American Theater downtown.

Date:  Friday, January 27th

Post time: 7:00 PM

Tickets: $30 (include an array of Kentucky cuisine & Mint Juleps, beer & wine can be purchased at the bar, tickets will go on sale in January)

Place your bets on all the great items in our live and silent auction.

Come prepared to fight it out on the backstretch over the coveted class projects!

 

 

 

Small Hands

This fundraiser offers parents a chance to bring materials that their child is using in school into the home.  The additional benefit is that teachers get 15% of all sales to shop for more materials for the classroom. Catalogues and forms will go out in September and need to be returned in October for holiday delivery and distribution. 

Usborne Books

The Sundrops Usborne Books website will be available for the entire school year.  Click here to visit our personalized Usborne site where all purchases will be credited back to the school.  We will also hold a Book Fair at each campus during the week of February 13th along with our "Grand Person" Day so that a special person can come visit your child in school for this event.

Equal Exchange

A year-round fundraiser where you can order organic and fair trade coffee, tea, chocolate and gift items.  Click here to view the Fall 2011 Catalogue.  We will be handing them out to parents in September and will place orders on October 20th and November 30th.

Harris Teeter 

We are joining with Harris Teeter's Together In Education program to help raise funds for our school. It's easy and its FREE.  Simply give the cashier our code, 8634, and your VIC card when you check out and your card will be linked for the entire school year.  That's it!  You only have to link your VIC card once each school year.

Publix

We partner with Publix grocery stores to help earn additional funds for Sundrops.  Be sure to pick-up a tag at your child's campus and then just have the cashier scan it upon check out.  Feel free to give these out to family members as well.  The more points we earn the better.
